The 2008 GSMA Mobile World Congress, organised by the GSM Association in coordination with local and international sponsors, this event is the most important, yearly gathering for the mobile industry.
The four day event boasts a diverse and tightly packed agenda of conferences, exhibitions, networking events and parties designed to bring industry professionals and business leaders together for what has been described as the “greatest marketplace for mobile communications” (Alcatel). Adding yet another dose of prestige to this already illustrious event is the line-up of 200 keynote speakers, which include executives, CEOs and presidents of leading companies in the mobile, internet and entertainment sector as well as the strategists, scientists and visionaries of the future.
