Ian Brown is an English musician and former lead singer of the Madchester band The Stone Roses.

Since the band’s acrimonious and prolonged break up in 1996, Brown has released five solo albums. He has appeared on several club tours and has performed at the Glastonbury Festival three times since 1998.

He is considered to be an influential artist and has had twelve UK top 40 singles. In the 2006 NME awards, Brown was presented with the “Godlike Genius” award. He said that as well as his work with the Stone Roses, he considered the track “F.E.A.R.” to be one of his moments of genius.

In October 2006, Brown made a surprising move to headline the Rockit Hong Kong Music Festival held outdoors in Victoria Park HK. During the two-day event and prior to his appearance on stage he strolled around anonymously and mingled with members of the crowd. His eventual stage performance was hailed by the South China Morning Post and other local newspapers as a great success.

In September 2007, Brown released his fifth studio album, The World Is Yours. The album represented a more political approach in his music, particularly the anti-war single, Illegal Attacks. (Taken from www.wikipedia.org)

Felix da Housecat is a House music DJ and record producer. Felix is regarded as a member of the second wave of Chicago house. He entered the dance music elite not only via his recordings (under a number of aliases, including Thee Maddkatt Courtship, Aphrohead and Sharkimaxx), but also for his ownership of Radikal Fear Records, one of the premiere Chicago labels of the 1990s.

2001 saw the release of Kittenz and Thee Glitz, a critically-acclaimed LP that gained Felix mainstream exposure and worldwide coverage in dance music and fashion circles, and has often been mentioned as one of the pioneering releases of the electro clash movement. The ensuing fame brought Felix widespread popularity and remix work for superstars like Madonna and Kylie Minogue. The proper follow-up, Devin Dazzle & the Neon Fever, didn’t arrive until 2004, but Stallings released a pair of mix albums, 2002’s Excursions and 2003’s A Bugged Out Mix, in between.

“Future Calls The Dawn” was released on July 9, 2007 on Wall of Sound/PIAS with “Sweet Frosti” featured as the B-side. “Sweetfrosti” contains a sample of Devo’s “Snowball”, originally released in 1981.

“Like Something for Porno” is released as the album’s lead single on Sep.24th with remixes from Kris Menace, Teenage Bad Girl and Armand Van Helden. The music video is currently viewable on Felix da Housecat’s MySpace page. (Taken from www.wikipedia.org).

The expressive passion of Mayte Martin, which has music by Manuel Alcantara poems in tribute ‘AlcantarA manual’, and the expressive force of sofistificada Ute Lemper that this time performed a tribute to French music, and poetry of urban and elegant Suzanne Vega that focuses on his latest work ‘Beauty & Crime’, complete a sign of high quality and exclusivity will no longer satisfied that the public more demanding. Two of the great cinema producers of upturned politics explore the intimate writing of the city in their maturity: with a small video camera, Marker follows a cat’s tracks painted on some buildings in Paris, and makes a satirical, light-hearted tale of life in the city’s streets; closed in a room in Berlin, before the images on a television set, Kramer reflects on the representation of history and the memory of Nazism and the horrors.
