La cursa de la Merce 10km run

Event Date: Sunday 19th September 2010 – from around 09.00 to 12.00

The Cursa de la Merce is a popular 10 km fun run running event in Barcelona, which is part of the annual La Merce festival of Barcelona. About 10.000 runners are expected to take part in 2010.  The Cursa also features 2k route for disabled athletes. Runners can register online online until 20.00 on 13th September. (registration is in Catalan but you can use Google Translate for English version) In the weeks before the Cursa de Merce you will also be able to register at various locations in Barcelona. Cost 5 euro with chip or 8 euros without chip
